“ Found this new place on Yelp & decided to get some take out on a cold rainy night. I've grappled with my rating of 3 to 4 stars. The food & ambience was worth the 4 stars but the execution of the food & the slight altercation by an employee had me leaning to the 3. I decided to base it on taste. This is obviously a Mediterranean family restaurant. This was authenticated by the (Greek?) family of 8 in traditional garb, dining. Then by the one irate employee who had a tantrum & shouted in his native tongue as he left. I was the only other patron in the place & had I not already paid & waited 20 minutes for my food I would have left. I ordered the Margarita Pizza & a chicken wrap to go. The pizza came out 12 minutes before my wrap & was placed in a warming oven. By the time I had my order the pie was luke warm. Since they just opened I'll give them another chance to work out any kinks. My pizza had a great tasty brick oven baked crispy crust. The mozzarella was fresh, the Roma tomatoes tasted right off the vine. It was not salty. The garlic was the jarred variety; I'd really prefer fresh chopped. The pizzas are a bit pricey but in line with what others are charging for brick oven pizza. BTW the brick oven looked like it was professionally hand made! The waitstaff was friendly. The menu had some interesting choices of sides, sandwiches & Mediterranean specialties. This place is about a mile down the road from the premium outlets. It has a lot of potential to do well. ”
